Modern Bathroom: Clean and stocked with fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.
Please Note: There is no washer in the unit, but a laundry shop is conveniently located at Venice Grand Canal Mall—with direct access to the building.

️ Cooling and Connectivity: The unit’s air-conditioning has been upgraded to a brand new WINDOW-TYPE model to ensure better cooling efficiency and easier maintenance for consistent performance. The unit also has Wi-Fi provided by a third-party Internet Service Provider. It’s typically fast and reliable, though like any service, unexpected outages may happen beyond our control. Should this occur, we’ll gladly assist and coordinate with the provider.

Guest access

You'll have the entire condo to yourself during your stay, including the bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom.

Everything You Need: Enjoy full access to our facilities, including a washing machine (if available in your unit), air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV equipped with local channels, YouTube, and Netflix. Please note, due to recent Netflix policy changes, guests are required to log in with their own accounts or may request access to our guest account.

• Operating Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Open Days: Tuesday to Sunday

Please Note:
Monday: Closed for maintenance (may move to Tuesday if Monday is a holiday)

Gym: NOT accessible to guests.

We kindly request that you strictly follow our check-in and check-out time as our building does not allow waiting in the lobby.

Should you arrive early, we recommend heading to "The Venice Grand Canal Mall". Just a short walk and conveniently located near the building. These spot offers a delightful way to spend your time, allowing you to enjoy a meal or explore various shops until your check-in time.

Our unit is a private residence within a residential building, not a hotel. While we strive to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment, we may not offer the same services or amenities as a hotel. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in respecting the nature of our accommodation and managing expectations accordingly.
