Modern Bathroom: Clean and stocked with fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

️Cooling and Connectivity: Equipped with one active and functional air conditioning unit, along with an electric fan to help circulate cool air throughout the space for your comfort.

The unit also has internet provided by a third-party ISP. It’s typically fast and reliable, though like any service, unexpected outages may happen beyond our control. Should this occur, we’ll gladly assist and coordinate with the provider.

Accessibility Note: The main entrance of Uptown Parksuites Tower 2 has a few stairs, as shown in our listing photos. If you're traveling with luggage, a stroller, or need step-free access, there's a ramp available via the Landers / Tower 1 entrance, just a short walk from the main entrance.

Guest access

You'll have the entire condo to yourself during your stay, including the bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom.

Everything You Need: Enjoy full access to our facilities, including a washing machine (if available in your unit), air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart TV equipped with local channels, YouTube, and Netflix. Please note, due to recent Netflix policy changes, guests are required to log in with their own accounts or may request access to our guest account.

BUILDING AMENITIES:
✔️ Guests may access the swimming pool and playground, but prior registration is required, and additional fees may apply.
✖️ Gym: Not accessible to guests. It is strictly for residents only.

We kindly request that you follow our check-in and check-out times as our building does not allow waiting in the lobby. Should you arrive early, we recommend heading to "Landers," "Mitsukoshi Mall," or "Uptown Mall," conveniently located nearby. These spots offer a delightful way to spend your time, allowing you to enjoy a meal or explore various shops until your check-in time.

Our unit is a private residence within a residential building, not a hotel. While we strive to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment, we may not offer the same services or amenities as a hotel. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in respecting the nature of our accommodation and managing expectations accordingly.
